From next semester on, computer rooms for classes cannot be reserved directly through Infogroep any more. Classes and room reservations will be coupled in the campus management system, so the faculty secretaries who schedule the classes will implicitly also submit requests for room reservations. This means you should give the secretaries your requirements ("I want a Mac room", "I really need the fastest PC's available") while negotiating the scheduling of classes. There will however still be a separate call for software requirements a few weeks before every new semester, as before
There is one exception however: Infogroep will still be able to autonomously schedule activities that fall outside of the official roster, like "herfstkampen". As the web application for reservations will be taken off-line, you should request rooms for such exceptional activities by mailing to reservaties@igwe.vub.ac.be.
